How far are you willing to travel Michigan?

Contact us for more info. Depending on the distance we may have a small travel fee or maybe NO TRAVEL FEE depending on the amount of time you want to book the photo booth and/or options you choose. Don’t underestimate our ability to compete with the photo booth company down the street. We will provide you a custom quote for your event anywhere in Michigan and are more than happy to travel to your event.


What do I need to provide?

The enclosed traditional booth requires 8ft x 8ft area. The open air Mirror Me photo booth requires at least a 8ft x 8ft area. If you’re concerned about our Star Photo Booth fitting in your event space, reach out to us. We’re great at thinking outside the box to make it a possibility. We also require an 110V 3 prong (grounded) power outlet nearby. If your event is outdoors, we will need a weather protected spot in case of rain.  If this is an issue please ask we can help with this.


How many photos can my guests take?

Photo sessions are unlimited during the course of your rental!  We use some of the fastest available dye sub printers on the market, so that your guests will be able to have tons of photo sessions!


How many pictures do we get?

We allow guest to print as many photos as there are people in the photo session. We can customize this. Please contact us for more information.


Can I have digital copies?

YES and they are FREE!  At the end of the event, we provide a thumb drive with a digital copy of all the photos from your event. We also provide an online gallery for your event  if requested where your guests can go back and view the photos from the event! Also guests can get digital copies as our photo booths will send them a digital copy of thier session if they wish as well!


Can I have a photo album with a copy of all the photos?

Yes you can purchase a "Star Book" which will contain a copy of each photo booth session from the event. For this we print an extra copy (over and above what guests get) and add it to our premium Star Book (Photo Album) for your own personal keep sake! You’ll get that awesome photo of you and your besties or the pic of Uncle Albert hamming it up. For companies or organizations, it’s great! Put the Star Book at work so your colleagues can remember how much fun they had together at the company party. Basically, your Star Book is a photo album / guestbook. If you like, we can ask your guests to sign or add comments next to their photo that they place in the Star Book!  Of course you can do this yourself after the event because you will have a digital copy of every photo. However, the cost of the book and mostly the cost of ink from your inkjet printer will cost more to print than what it will cost to have us do it right at the event. Plus then it gives the opportunity for your guests to personalize and sign below their photo on the album!


How do we reserve and pay for the photo booth?

Contact us at 810-516-1627 to book your booth. We’ll check the availability on your date and send you an online contract so that you can sign digitally with the option of online payment.  From there, you’re locked in and ready to go! Unless otherwise stated in writing by Star Photo Booth Renals, we require a $200 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract to reserve the photo booth. This will guarantee your date. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event. We accept Venmo, Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Discover PayPal, cash and personal check.


What about cancelations?

Retainer/Deposits of any amount are non-refundable. If you cancel your event and you have already paid in us in 100% in full, we will refund upto 50% of your fully paid booking only IF and when we we successfully rebook your date with another client who is booking an event of equal dollar amount value. Under no circumstances do we refund 100%.


Am I charged for set-up time?

No charge for this! We generally set up the photo booth an hour before your event begins, but you are NOT charged for set-up time, or break-down time. The only time you are charged when the booth is not running is if you need "idle time". This is for those of you that need to split your run time. For example a wedding reception might want to have an hour of idle time during dinner hour. We have a very minimal idle time charge $35 per hour for this time. This is so you don't pay regular fees when the booth is not running.


Is the photo booth wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our Photobooths are designed to accommodate guests who use wheelchairs.


Do you have props for guests?

We help your guests bring out thier stardom! We have hats, glasses, boas, inflatable props and much more! We can even customize prop boxes for a themed event. Let us know what you're ideas and we'll help make it come to life! You’re also welcome to bring your own props if you choose!


How can I customize the photo booth?

To begin with, you choose the backdrop, print design, props, and an on screen theme. We also LOVE new ideas. If you’ve got one, let’s hear it! The traditional enclosed booth and the Mirror Me booth both have different ways to customize.
